Pain when you extracted the shrapnel from your face slowly

Fear when you lived in constant uncertainty if you were going to die

Fury when your hands were tied and you couldn't do anything about it

Remember the endless nights of no sleep and infinite grief

Remember that pressure on your chest

The one that choked you every time you gasped for air

Remember how much time it took you to find all your pieces

Remember how frustrating it was to piece yourself once more

How many more scars do you need to remember?

How many more times must you break to realize?

How much more do you need to bleed before you leave that scar alone?

The fire trials and the shadow mazes

Remember all the steps you've taken
